Bio Meat. I recently reread this and it was just as fun as the first time round. I kind of dislike the second arc, though.
DNA², Video Girl Ai, I''s, Zetman, anything by Masakazu Katsura
Harukana Machi-E. Charming and short, but worth the read.
Homunculus. Anything by HIdeo Yamamoto is fantastic
Kimi no Iru Machi. Drama and feels to no end.
Kiseiju/Parasyte. This one is actually quite famous and not really obscure, but still a great read.
Living Game. Great SoL with romance.
Manhole. Detective story with bizzare occurings.
Gyakushu Ore x Yome. Don't remember much, but I did enjoy it.
Ressentiment. Many will be able to relate.
Seizon Life. A thrilling story about the murder of a man's daughter, time is running out.
Sing Yesterday for Me. Not fully scanlated, but still interesting. About a guy with no motivation with a weird girl by his side.
Yume de Aetara. The anime isn't as good, so read the manga.
Metro Survive. By the same guy as Bio Meat, an earthquake hits a city and traps a group of people underground. A thriller.
