Site should be functioning 100%, however we encourage all users do the following immediately:

1. Clear your DNS cache. Windows users enter "ipconfig /flushdns" at your command prompt (be sure to run it as an administrator). Mac users enter "dscacheutil -flushcache" at your Terminal window. *nix varies, but see here.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies. This varies per browser but should be pretty straight forward.
3. Remove all entries for 4chan servers in your hosts file (if you've edited it). Windows users can find this at "%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" and Mac/*nix at "/etc/hosts". How do I edit my hosts file?

It's great. They upped the car polygon count from 500k to about a million(so they look a lot better), made the physics better, and added a lot more cars.

I would hardly say Forza is any more realistic than GT5. When it comes to the driving itself GT feels a lot more lifelike. Forza sits on the middle ground between arcade and sim in my opinion.

I say 70% sim, 30% arcade. The only thing I felt Forza was lacking was night racing, weather, and dirt/rally events.

Best racing game I've ever played although it was a little glitchy, I couldn't use my own cars online, I couldn't buy the DLC and I couldn't buy custom paint jobs by the end of it.

Driving in GT5 feels too stiff. It's not that realistic, it's actually quite difficult to lose control if you exclude oversteer and lol2muchtorque. The weight transfer is all wrong too, there's no body roll in most cars.
In Forza, it's not hard to lose control because of the terrain alone. It feels more "loose".

I don't know where people get the idea Gran Turismo is more realistic. The Forza team dyno's cars and collects tyre data, the GT team does none of that. They just pull stats off.. wherever.
