Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion M2: The Day a Demon Must Fight
-The movie begins with Shirley's father's funeral
-C.C's memory is triggered by Lelouch's sadness and C.C. tells Lelouch about Mao, and how he became unable to control his Geass power and how it eventually drove him mad to his death. C.C. told him this to warn him. (Replace the Mao bullshit with epic foreshadowing essentially).
-Events of Stage 13, except Shirley sees Lelouch's face where she held him at gunpoint and just insert the scene where Lelouch erased her memory with his Geass in Stage 14 and put it in that scene.
-Events of Stages 17-20. Skip most of Stage 21 and only include the ending where Euphemia reveals her plans for the Specially Administrated Zone of Japan.
-All of the devastating events of Stages 22 and 23.
-Events of Stage 24, noted that V.V. appears to Suzaku and reveals the truth about Lelouch, and elsewhere, C.C. reveals a truth she learned about Suzaku during the end of M1.
-The events of Stage 25. Suzaku reveals to Zero that he knows about his Geass power. In return Zero reveals that he knows that Suzaku killed his father. Out of crazed fear of the truth, Suzaku shoots Zero and cracks his helmet revealing Zero's identity, Lelouch vi Britannia. The movie ends with both of them pointing their guns at each other.

-Lelouch loses to Suzaku and is taken to Charles to have his memories replaced. Ensue title credits.
-Events of Turn 1-11, 13, end the movie with the scene of Shirley's death.

-The movie begins with Rolo admitting that he killed Shirley, Lelouch holds back and puts the blame on Geass itself. The Assault on the Geass Order ensues and Lelouch and Cornelia kill V.V., title credits ensue.
-Events of Turns 14-19, movie ends with Suzaku nuking Tokyo, up to a condensed version of Stage 19 and Rolo's death.

What's the point? We already saw these events.

-The movie begins with Lelouch storming the entrance of C's world. Title credits ensues.

Re-animation, re-dubbing, new aspects and differences that a movie adaption would normally have.

They already ARE making a single remake movie of Code Geass. Chances are by the time it comes out, they would try to incorporate events that occurred in Akito and Oz. I would not be surprised if the show gets a substantial re-write in movie form. And we would also likely get a definitive ending telling us Lulu's fate unambiguously.
(Or if Lulu did die in the TV series, it would be a chance for Sunrise to Undo it, if they choose.)

I always loved how Lelouch was able to hijack the most powerful military in history, yet in the decisive battle it was the army he built from a small band of rebels which held the field. Kind of his own prowess overpowering his father's in a last horrah before completely surpassing his father by conquering the world.
