Lupin The Third Episode 2:
This episode was like a cross between Pulp Fiction and Cowboy Bebop.

I also liked how they were no longer completely blatant with Fujiko's nudity.

I wonder what they are going to do with Goemon regarding him joining the gang/being a recurring character.

I mean as of episode 2 Jigen isn't even Lupin's buddy yet, which means Goemon doesn't join them for a long time.

Are they going to retcon the first series or leave Goemon out of the show?

You NEED to learn some proper animation lingo if you want anyone to understand you. This makes no sense. There is nothing "over the top" about it and it's not more stylized than shading in other shows, just stylized in a different way.

As someone who's never watched anything Lupin before, I'm really, REALLY liking this show. Favorite of the season so far, though it looks like my Apollon download just finished.

Fantastic. Maybe I'll go download some Lupin later if they're anything similar.

because its very episodic by nature they all have different tones or designs depending on who's writing or directing
sometimes lupin is a serious badass, sometimes hes a romantic fool, sometimes hes a scheming perv, sometimes hes a good-natured hero... and thats why hes been around for so long
