p.....p........persona.
I wonder what her shadow would be like. It would probably use some kind of voice/sound powers.

>>63902897No Sae. That's a very bad Sae, you go back to your own series and get knocked up. Pumping out kids seems to be your only talent.
Tsukasa shadow would rape us all.
I can't look at Sae without imagining someone narrating everything.
>>63902996Tsukasa is already her own shadow.
Persona!Gun>Cards
>>63902996Kagami's would be hilarious.>>63903056I like both.
>>63903056I never understood why it had to be guns, why was the only way to summon a Persona in 3 was to scare themselves with the fear of death?
>>63903368Mitsuru needed something cool to attract Akihiko into SEES in addition to all the sex.Aigis and Koromaru both didn't use guns and had alternative invokers.
PE RU SO NA
>>63903403yes I know that's the reason presented in The Answer but why did the developers decide to go with the idea of the cast constantly shooting themselves in the head whenever they wanted to summon a purse owner
>>63903368Here is my DEEP reasoning.A persona is something you take on that isn't the "real you", as they put it in P4, they're the facade needed to overcome life's hardships. The guns symbolize "killing" the "real you" to bring out your Persona, which you need to survive.
>>63903555It fit the general dark athmosphere of Persona 3.
>>63903688yet why do none of the other games require a gun to "kill" the "real you"?
>>63903735Never said it was required, it's just symbolism.
PERSO-
>>63903047The girl then summoned her other self, the so called Persona, the facade needed to face the hardships of life. Then the boy promptly fell on her and landed on her tits.
>>63903735There were some changes in the "other side" after MC use the "World" to isolated Nyx from human emotions.
I remember hearing once that they used guns because the act of pulling the trigger helped reach high enough mental concentration to manifest a persona. Was that just a dream? I can't remember where I heard it from...
I never played P3. Can the invoker be anything, or does it have to fit certain criteria, or what? Are the cards in P4 technically invokers?
>>63904004it's called evoker and the cards aren't technically evokers and no they don't have to be guns (Aigis has one installed and the dog has a collar shaped evoker)
>>63904053>evokerWelp I feel stupid.So no criteria? That's neat.
Why after P2 can Persona's only be summoned in special places? It just seems kind of lame to say, OH, here's this awesome power, but you can only use it in limited places.
>>63904004Aigis is an anti-shadow weapon (robot) and has a built-in evoker. Koromaru is a dog and has a collar evoker. There doesn't seem to be certain criteria, at least what we know of.Then there's the special kids (was it Strega?) who don't need evokers to summon their personas. The cards do not seem to be evokers and rather are just an effect of the summoning.
>>63904117Did they ever say in P4 that they couldn't summon them in their world? It seemed more like a choice. I mean, kuma was in the real world the whole time and he was a shadow.
>>63904117In persona 3 you can do it outside Tartarus.
>>63904202Kuma was a special case, since he was formed out of a shadow but wasn't a shadow per-say.Shadows are creatures that follow on instinct and Kuma cannot be classified as that.
>>63902897Dark Hour counts as a special place.
>>63904305I love how 4chanx keeps making me quote the OP instead of who I actually try to quote.>>63904232
>>63904202It was implicit. The Persona 4 kids weren't using any special technology, they just were able to get into the world of the collective unconscious through Izanami's meddling. All they're doing is teaming up with their own Shadows who already lived in there. I don't think they can leave unless they're special like Teddie.
>>63903368Kirijo group was really fucked up. That was probably the first thing they tried, and it worked.
>>63904202They did say they couldn't summon them in the real world.Rise says "If only I could detect people in the real world."
>>63904232Yes you can. MC summons a Persona to kill Ryoji at the end if you choose to, and it's not the Dark Hour.Strega's personas manifest themselves outside the Dark Hour as well (although they can't control them).
>>63903368Personas manifest themselves when their user is in "danger".Holding a gun to your head and pulling the trigger simulates killing yourself, so you feel scared. Hence why Yukari says she can't do it in the beginning of the game.In Persona 1 and 2, Personas are handed out by Philemon. In 4, you have to "overcome yourself". I don't know why 3 was different.
>>63902897Dawwww. Isn't that cute?
>>63903555Persona 3 main theme is death. It makes sense if you think about it. Still stupid, yeah, but it fits the theme of the game.
>>63902993She does a good job at being human.Humans only exist to breed and carry on the species anyways. It's nothing to be proud of but it's still something.
>>63904794Because the p3 cast is weak and fucking useless.
so liek. how did the bodies of the first 2 murders end up in the real world? those the tv world poop them out?
>>63902934her shadow would be a cock-hungry slut
>>63904053>dogWait what? Time for me to work on P3 more then (stopped late June because my social links were all derp. Judgement is maxed, Magician is high, while the 3-4 others I have are all low and I'm missing all the teammate links...if all ov them even have one)
Facts:P4 cast cannot summon their personae outside of the TV World since Izanami/Brotag gave them said powers and they are not natural.P3 casts cannot summon their personae outside of Tartarus since they aren't fully awakened yet, so they can only do it artificially inside Tartarus.MC it the only known character outside of P2/P1 that can summon his Persona in the real world without consequence, but that's just him being a special cookie.
>>63906510>so they can only do it artificially inside Tartarus.inside dark hour. fix'd (mc cast orpheus on the roof)
>>63907852They also have persona fights on a city bridge, in front of Tartarus, on an alley etc.
