Loved Negima as well hated volume 6 though I liked the 1st series although i did complain about it for the same reasons why most other people did. I was a fan of Shaft's work for a while also so when i heard about them doing a 2nd season i was overjoyed. I eagerly awaited the release of it. Then it came out.... To my shock Shaft completely threw out the manga story and had redesigned several of the characters and their personalities. I.E. Asuna from an easily angered Tsundere to a Compulsive, chupacabra Obsessive brat. that's just naming one of several. The art style was not even close to the Negima i had read in the manga of the 1st series. And the entire story/plot was so badly done i didn't know what the fuck it was about more than half the time. The lame soundtrack didn't help either. That bad OP. oh God that terrible OP song.....I felt so shocked and disgusted at the travesty that Shaft had done it literally made me feel sick and i had to go to the bathroom and vomit.
