If that's the case you can pick Commie. "Masou Shoujo" is not a translation. It's not english, and worst of all it's a central plot point in Korean Zombie. By not translating it they are intentionally shitting up the fansub. It's completely different from something trivial like leaving in Honorifics which don't fully translate in the first place, or names which aren't meant to be translated. If you were to perchance show Korean Zombie with subs to a friend who didn't know what "Masou Shoujo" meant they would have no clue why Ayumu needs to look like a little girl, or that the nature of Haruna's magic lies in their equipment specifically.

Overall there is no reason whatsoever not to use "Magiclad Girl" which is both an accurate and witty translation (As opposed to something more literal and long-winded like "Magically-Equipped Girl") over "Masou Shoujo", which isn't anything more than Romaji. There is no excuse for using Romaji for something like this in a fansub.

On the other hand, Doki-AFFTW just came out and is basically a delocalized copy of Hadena's script, so there's an alternative if you want quality as pictured.

I'm not making any blanket statements about Hadena's sub. Their subs for this show were surprisingly non-terrible, in fact. I think ours are better, but they were watchable. Doki-AFFTW apparently thought so too since a lot of their script (e.g. the opening monologue about the chosen ones or whatever) is word-for-word identical with Hadena's.
