Nah, with Yoshihiko Umakoshi is the same thing. I know for certain. When he is credited as animation director, he usually does all the animation himself. Like in Casshern Sins episodes 1 and 4 or Heartcatch's episodes 23, 48 and 49.

Morita-san actually looked like it had some animation. Flash animation is more like Poyopoyo from this season.
