So when she converted all cards, she became very strong; stronger than Clow Reed.

Sakura went in and felt Clow Reed's presence. But other people were still around so she converted and used the maze and illusion card at the same time so normal people wouldn't be near her when magic was being used. She found Eriol (Clow Reed's incarnation) even though he used powerful magic to hide himself. He put her to sleep before she could do anything, and changed her memories.
