Ryan Shoemacher, or however its spelled, is notorious for making the only webcomic bad enough to be compared to Tim Buckley's CAD. He approached Teletoon to try and make an animated series out of it. Teletoon looked at his idea, and decided that four male main characters was bad, and they needed a girl to add diversity. They also couldn't all be white, so they changed one to black and one to Indian, for diversity. Then they decided it couldn't be a self gratifying show about Ryan's self insert sleeping with women all the time, so they made him a retarded "Whoops, I did it again xD" character that failed with the ladies. Shoemacher was so disgusted, he walked away from the deal. That's how bad it was. THEN Teletoon took what they made so far, made more obnoxious changes, and changed the character designs/names so they could legally air it without Shoemachers consent. This is what we're subjected to every night.
