I still think it would be a bit ugly. I like firefox to look minimal and smooth, I can't really see how you could make a good anime firefox theme. The topbar is to small to fit any images or anything and other than that I can't see how you could make it anime related. I like to just set my wallpaper and 4chan to be anime themed and try to have the rest to complement them.
