He had Archer's arm, in UBW he copied Archer, in Fate Archer was injured for pretty much the entire story so Shirou didn't get to copy anything before he died. He did make Caliburn and Avalon in Fate though which is still amazing.

His mind was on other matters. First he was surprised that Shirou manage to dispell the mud with Avalon, then as Shirou charges at Kotomine with blazing speed, he saw Shirou holding the Azoth dagger (the same dagger that Kotomine used to kill Tokiomi and then gave it to Rin).
So he was fucking wondering why Shirou have the dagger and thinking about the Irony of it at the same time.

Seriously, after Shirou stabbed Kotomine, he was still starring at the dagger.

Kotomine Kirei is by far my favorite character in Fate/Stay Night. Not because of his voice or his jog, but because of how sorry I feel for him. I'm an asshole, and when I think about Kotomine, it reminds me. The crushing guilt then must be what he has every day.
