Unlike how the first series ended, the movie wrapped everything up nicely. It's over.

Disappearance gets a 9/10 on /a/. as in 1/10 will say it's shit; this includes trolls. so I'd say that's pretty outstanding.

I honestly always liked Haruhi, even though it's popular as fuck and most of the fans are band-wagon hopping retards. The plot feels like it's trying to do something interesting and more engrossing than your regular "durr group of friends do hijinks with powerlevels" story - at least I found the way they presented the whole incident around Haruhi rather neat. And of course, dat KyoAni animation made the show worth watching just for that; let's not even get started into the movie.

tl;dr I love it but I'd rather not say it out loud.
