I don't even watch anime, I just study the threads on popular shows until I know enough to troll them. I usually only need a couple of minutes to know enough to troll for 10 threads straight.

Even thought OP, is a troll. He has a point. There are people that watch anime not because they like it, but because they don't have anything else to do and it's an easy way socialize. A long the way, some end up liking it and digging in the subject, watching clasics, etc. Other, reduce or even completely drop it when they get a job, lover, etc.
