I was young when I saw my first anime, Naruto. Naruto was unique, not unlike the other cartoon shows on TV. Naruto got me hooked to anime, it had "powerlevels" and the story seemed to link every episode(unlike cartoons) A few years later I got my first computer, and as soon as the internet was connected I streamed the entire series up to the latest episode. A few months later a new anime series also started airing on TV, called Bleach. Bleach was great it had the same elements that made Naruto interesting except with swords, shinigami's and a badass hero. A year passes, as I continue to stream Bleach and Naruto online weekly, even getting into manga. My power level has increased quite a bit by this time as I search for more series just like those two. One day I come across one show, this one show that changed my life, this one show called One Piece. One Piece wasn't like the Bleach and Naruto, unlike the other shows the protagonists in this series were badass without training arcs. With more mystery, suspense, and ADVENTURE. Oh, don't get me started on the hype I had thinking about the world Oda built; thinking "What island will the crew go to next?!" The attachment to the characters as you learn each and every one of their pasts and his goal remains passionate. Now I'm 19, Naruto was great at first, but dragged on too long, so I dropped it. Bleach...I don't know where the authors going with that, so I dropped it. One Piece on the other hand still has mystery and has a lot more room to expand, as well as a constant goal. So /a/, why haven't you dropped Naruto and Bleach for One Piece yet?
I read Naruto and Bleach. They're both pretty bad.I haven't picked up One Piece since I don't like the MC, that's about it.
bleach is still good tho.

one piece thread?one piece thread.
The real question is why you haven't progressed past the point where you drop OP in favor of actual quality.
>>57439567>in favor of actual quality.Such as most things not shonen.
>>57439463>Watching Bleach past the SS arc
>I was young when I saw my first anime, Naruto.>Now I'm 19somethings not quite right here.
>>57439463That's what i thought UNTIL that break happened after the final Aizen ark, Kubo just totally should come up with a better ending and let that be the end of it. But noooo kubo wanted to get a few more measily dollars out of it, the lot turned to shit and everyone knew it was because he was shit out of fresh ideas.
>If your first anime was something not shown before Toonami, circa 2004, you don't know jack.

Bleachfags and Narutofags are capable of accepting that their drug of choice is entry-level, lowest common denominator rubbish.Pissfags think they're somehow "above" that, and are unable to see that their shit stinks just as much as the other two.
One piece still has mystery but it's dragging on with the fishman island arc. It's the same old lesson they've stressed up 'till now. It could of been something fun, but learning about Tiger Shark was nice. Naruto is still interesting as Tobi is still not revealed and how it's all going to unfold. So that's why I'm keeping up with it.
