Look at it this way, if you're making 300k takehome in a year. If you work this job for 2 years, you'll have 500k more then option two. If you can live comfortably on 50k a year(I fucking hope you would, I have to make due with 21k) Then you can quit working for 10 years.

I'd kill for the second option. I get about $22k per year for 40 hours per week. Nonetheless I have managed to amass about $3k worth of figmas etc. in about two years since I started collecting.

My current lifestyle costs me around 2 grand a month. I have no luxuries. I would kill for that first option.

I'd use my free time to actually live my life while I'm young, same as I do now but with the greater freedom money allows. I know how to live on 10k/yr, so 50k/year would be more than enough luxury.
