Damn good.

Some of the cutscenes don't really work without the action on screen/movie, and you don't get quite the same feeling for the town because of not walking everywhere so often. Then again, the changes to the combat, the new social links for FeMC, the lack of loadtimes and the not having to walk around everywhere make it a lot slicker.
