I like Doremi since that time when no one was subbing Keroro Gunso and suddenly bam, two episodes per week.

Personally thinking, QC can be done by anyone with a 4th grade comprehension of English. You just need to watch the episode once to make sure there's no serious mistakes (spelling, timing errors, 3 line subs). As long as your translator's competent, QC's easy peasy.
