read the game several times, and I pretty much everything there is to
know about Arcueid. First, the metaphor made by Ciel in Tsukihime was to
show that she didnt have enough power to control her bloodlust, which
is why she was in so much pain. See:

Except that she actually lost 8, not 5. She can
resist beause she is Arcueid, the strongest of all the True Ancestors.
So she can resist for some time, even if only a few days. If she would
have used 80% of 30%, then she would have still been able to use the
other 70% to control her impulses, that isn't consistent with what Ciel
said.

pure fanwank. She is already the will of the planet, that's what the
True Ancestors are, see the entries at fuyuki wiki. The planet summons
her at 100% when a threat big enough appears. |
