  • What If An Angry American Anime Blog Made A 1990's Fanzine Out Of "Paper"?

So, just over 4 years since the first airing of Lucky Star I finally got to Japan and tasted a chocolate cornet.

The taste was completely unexpected. The bread sort of tastes like a dinner roll, but the chocolate on the inside taste like chunky chocolate pudding. It was strange.

I ate it like Kagamin said, how I'm supposed to, but because I didn't like the mix of dinner roll and chocolate pudding very much I think I would of enjoyed it more if I ate it from the bottom (using caterpillar theory), and then licked the pudding out the bottom.

tl;dr I fucked up; going to Taiyaki next.

I had Mapo Tofu, too. I mean, compared to the shit from boxes or Chinese restaurants shit was delicious.

    How about Melon Bread?

I had some melon bread. The top is really sweet and buttery, but the inside is only slightly softer than a hard roll. I think the best way to eat it is in full bites so you get a bit of the top with each bite. You really need some carton coffee or milk to stomach the whole thing, it's pretty big and too much bread. Bread is pretty universally a snack here, microwaves even have a "toast" feature.

For those, it depends on were you go, I've had some that were mostly dough and some with larger portions of the meat, good regardless but I liked the meatier version

Despite it being a huge OMG KAWAII LOL JAPNESE SNACK, they're actually not that bad. They're like mini kit kats.

Kit-Kats >>>>>>>>>>>>> shit >>>>>>> Pocky. The chocolate on Pocky is all hardened and the wafer sticks are too thin for it to be anything desirable. In my opinion.

    Yan-yan on the other hand..

Like some weird combination between sausage and hot dog. I didn't like it.

You can get pocky at any Asian food market in America, I don't know what you fags are going on about.

Melonpan is best when freshly baked, because it's nice and soft all throughout. I've also had some great melonpan with a creamy maple syrup type filling.

    Pic Related.
