cannot compare eating a Foie gras in a 5 star Michelin rating
restaurant with eating some regular dish in a tavern across the street,
man.
It's two polar opposites...
It's all about the
presentation in those places, something that not only will put you in
heaven once you taste it, but also that astonishes you once you've seen
it.
Regular places don't care for such trouble in most cases,
since they aren't getting any rating, extra benefits from it, nor are
the clients that usually frequent them people with money to spend on
more luxurious requests.
Needless to say, there is a place for everything. |
