I loved Ichigo's and Rukia's interactions at the beginning of the manga. Then I sort of stuck around for the rest of it, for the characters. It make you emotionally invest in it. Then, anon badmouths SS a lot, but I really gave no shit. I liked Zaraki Kenpachi, Ikkaku, Ganju, Hanataro, I think there were a lot of very good characters, so I enjoyed it.

Bleach always seemed like one manga that revolves around the characters. I mean, even the fight themselves invoke character establishment and solving character dilemmas, not just the usual "we fight because are enemies."

I think there are a lot of people who fail to see behind what they are expecting from shonen, the usual things, Bleach fails greatly at most of that, and I liked it because I had no expectations and took it for what it is.

That's my taste in animation, and I think it helps to make sense of why I like Naruto's animation.
Except for Spice and Wolf. Most everything about it was perfect.

Just curious, Eiken was short but Dragon crisis was 12 eps. Why watch something that really annoys you and not just drop it ?

I stared plenty of series manga and anime that i either lost interest in or just plainly disliked after few eps/chapters but i never felt the need to force myself to watch something just to be able to RAGE about it later.

I've only watched around 30ish anime, read only around 80ish manga, and I hardly come here simply due to the fact that i haven't the slightest desire to watch anything that's overly popular or recognized to me by anyone that isn't a close friend or relative of mine.
