it's not. A good 99% of all anime is bullshit made to appeal to
retarded otaku. It's full of clichés and constantly recycled ideas, only
with the characters replaced by cute girls doing "moe" things. Oh boy,
let's make a story about a genus hacker! And let's make her a cute young
girl and let's show her getting undressed by another girl and let's
show her being "moe" by failing to break some fucking chopsticks. Let's
make a story about a demon from hell! And let's have his assistant be a
cute schoolgirl. Foreign character? Quick, make her half-japanese so the
viewers don't feel threatened by the existence of other nations. Hey,
maybe if you're lucky, you get an average Japanese high school boy, too.
Anime
gets its horrible reputation because it deserves it. Sure, there are a
handful of gems, but those are floating in a sea of shit. It's just like
American comics, where THEY emphaSIZE completely random WORDS, almost
everything is thinly veiled American propaganda, and everyone wears
retarded suits.
99% of everything is shit, but anime pretty much deserves its reputation due to the bad parts being so incredible terrible. |
