>1) How high is your powerlevel? I've
been mentally debating this lately. I used to think I was rather
casual, only occasionally watching anime, but I have been doing this my
whole life, and it's kind of built up on me. I put together an anime
list, finally, and I got just shy of 300 series. I know it is not as
high as some, but it definitely higher than others. I'm not really sure
where I stand. Am I average or above average? I'm sure my general
knowledge of anime is rather godly, just thinking about the many hours I
spend on /a/ daily. I pretty much know at least one thing off the top
of my head about ... probably 80% of anime, be it the seiyuu, the
animation studio, or if it's shit or not. And I am a quick google search
away from knowing what I do not already know. But I haven't watched all
that much, per se.
>2) Ever revealed your powerlevel? To
who? I don't leave my house. Or have friends. The only people I talk to
are fellow /a/nons either through /a/ or on one of those cheesy
off-site /a/non activities. (iSketch, sychtube, very rarely IRC)
>3) Have you ever been to a "----Con?" God no.
>4) What got you into /a/, and Anime & Manga in general? /a/,
it was through /b/ raids on a site I used to small-time raid. Back on
'06. Anime, I have been into my entire life. My favorite "cartoons" were
always anime, I didn't watch much Nickolodean, I was always watching
Toonami or 4kids, and then Adult Swim. I kind of eased into it, but
someone introduced me to downloading anime shortly after AIR aired, and
from there I got really into KEY and KyoAni, and I was heavily
anticipating Kanon 2006, which was the first anime I started downloading
weekly. From there, there usually wasn't a season I didn't download at
least one thing weekly. It kind of increased over time, I currently am
watching 12 shows this season. |
