I've been told by my psychologist that I exhibit clear symptoms of aspergers syndrome, but they're too minor for a diagnosis to serve any relevance.

Don't have a favorite. Been a long ass while since I've seriously watched/read any anim/manga. I read the Devilman manga recently and enjoyed it a lot.

Been tested / screened for ADD/ADHD, Autism spectrum, Bipolar effective, and Depression.
Best they could give me was a small chance for ADD, and moderate depression, but both were in tolerance of the general public.
They're giving me (generic) Ritalin, Clonidine, and an SNRI.

doctors told my parents i have some form of PDD. it could just be NOS since they never told them what form of PDD it was exactly. everyone else thinks i'm an aspie though. i still honestly don't know what i've been diagnosed with. for all i know, that doctor could've tricked my family. in any case, my i have multiple favorites, i can't have a #1 favorite. i'm too indecisive. i like action/adventure/psychological animes though.

Being what Wikipedia defines as "Secret Schizoid", while my doctor only said that I had a 'form' of schzoid personality disroder, the only difference between me and a normal human being is that when someone hugs me or has a physical contact with me I feel like the person is pointing a gun to my head. That, and it's impossible for me to get emotionally involved in something, but I can "play" the part.

Favorite anime is Seto no Hanayome, with Higurashi in a close second.

I was diagnosed when I was ten or so. Don't get any compensation for it (just to be clear, I don't want any either). Never really picked out one favorite anime/manga, but I'll say FMP since that's where mai waifu is from.

Asperger's is an ultimate excuse for just about anything you can think of. Its also the favorite diagnosis for psychiatrists when they realize there's nothing wrong with you but don't want to lose a client, so they throw a last resort diagnosis out there to keep raking in the cash.

Undoubtedly, some buthurrt "aspie" will storm my response defending his disease that is 99% misdiagnosed, saying he's the 1%.

I've never been to a psychologist, although by the definitions of everything I'm half the book. I'm a friendless 21 year old virgin who can't walk into a store without almost passing out and I don't blame it on bullshit excuses. I'm just bad with people.

I think a lot of "mental disorders" are just personality quirks. And I believe that humans should naturally be "depressed." If you're happy all the time it could be worse than being sad.
