I believe OP is referring to someone deleting big Madoka threads during the livestream, which resulting in around 17 Madoka threads being started simultaneously by people who did not know others were creating a new thread.

Basically, instead of one big livestreaming thread at a time we got a super Geass Sunday-like /a/ full of threads about the same thing because of that.

Mods deleted it, and it spawned 5 more.
We tried to stick to Madoka Livewatch thread #2, but that got deleted as well.
So people decided to just stop caring and make half a dozen threads.
