Disc 1 is at number 3, and the second blu-ray is at number 14. As others have noted the first disc is cheaper than most, but it also only has the first episode on it, although a decent bit of extras are also included. The second blu-ray has the more typical 3 episodes and the price is also more at the standard cost for Japan.

Still, I have to wonder about the whole secret identity thing. Kotetsu's reaction to Barnaby suggests that this is the first time he's heard of a hero's identity being revealed. But what about Fire Emblem? If he's just as flamboyant out of costume as he is when he's a hero, I don't see how he could expect to keep his identity secret when he owns the company that sponsors himself.
