Very good, but at the same time it has a ton of glaring errors.

I know it may be complicated, but you should try to think harder where the sides of the details are facing. The perspective has gotten out of hand all over the place. It's like the background has nothing to do with the characters either, the characters are not actually standing on it, they have been pasted on it.
Colors are good, although I don't quite understand the direction of light here.

Overall, I think it's good enough to serve it's purpose.

Btw, I've been meaning to ask. Did you ever do a "public use" pic in the past? You know, the ones where they tallies in kanji like in my reference pic written all over them, amongst other writing, as well as arrows point at their various holes?

I would like a comic-book style picture with four stacked frames, the first frame being on top and the rest go down.

Frame 1: Osaka is walking down the street happily hand-in-hand with her boyfriend from the Pretty Neighbor doujin, he is shown in the reference pic. Osaka is smiling like the reference pic.

Frame 2: Osaka's boyfriend and a few other guys (in school uniforms like Osaka’s boyfriend) begin gang-raping Osaka in an alley. She is being anally, vaginally, and orally penetrated. "I thought you were a good guy..." in a speech bubble near her head + tears rolling down her face. Clothes are discarded in nearby trashcan, socks have been stuffed in mouth to prevent screaming.

Frame 3: Osaka is sitting at her desk wearing bra+panties. She is writing a suicide note so her loved ones can understand why she took her own life. Osaka looks very sad and tears are dripping on the paper. A half-empty bottle of sake is resting on the desk. It's green and shaped like the bottle in the reference picture but the label says “sake.” A small desk-lamp is her only light, rest of room is dark.

Frame 4: Osaka has committed suicide by shooting herself in the forehead with a revolver. Blood has run down her head and mixed with water, making it blurry. Her hand holding the gun is limply hanging over the side of the bathtub. Some of Osaka's blood, bits of shattered skull, and brain matter are splattered on the wall behind her head. Her eyes have rolled back and tongue is hanging out. The empty sake bottle is lying next to the tub. Osaka's mother is saying "Ayumu, why have you been in the bath so-" but stops as she sees her daughter's corpse. These words are written in frame with an arrow pointing off-frame because Osaka’s mom is off frame.

Soviet Holo from Spice and Wolf as a wheat farmer with Lawrence. She is saying “Comrade, come join our kolkhoz!"(the text on the picture) She is the girl in the babushka and Lawrence is the tractor driver. Some stylized, Soviet-looking sprigs of wheat are in the picture, or perhaps Holo is holding some in her hand. See reference picture for aid.

England, America, and Russia from Hetalia are reenacting the famous picture from the Yalta conference. They are all three sitting on the bench like Stalin, Churchill, and Roosevelt.

Request Mugen, Jin and Fuu doing moonwalks in black and/or white suits. Don't forget the hats.

Celty should display some sort of sheer terror from not only being chased by a policeman but also by the fact its a T-1000.

Not sure if whether the T-1000 should be in the traffic cop form or or in the normal cop version. Good reference pics for him are sort of hard to come by.
Its also probably better to not have the bullet wound effect on him but keep the metallic hook arms.
