The final boss will be the person who killed/captured/did something bad to Kobayashi Opera. This is also the person who suppressed their Toys in ep 1. Arsene is trying to get their Toys back for them because they're rivals rather than enemies and she knows how much of a threat this secret final boss person is. G4 will team up with MH and Arsene's group to defeat this guy.

Nero just lacks individuality.
She isn't the boke of the anime like the Sherlock, she isn't batshit delusional insane like Cordelia and she isn't erotic like Elly.

Elly is a shell of a person. She what happens when someone doesn't develop and just stays with the mentality of a defenceless baby. She doesn't have a personality - she's just an avoidant person, he "personality" is just her trying to avoid things she doesn't like doing (i.e. everything).

Cordelia doesn't actually have a real personality - she has the running delusion gag, but outside of that she could be swapped for a hat stand and it wouldn't make any difference to the scene.

Elly standing totally still while slightly blushing isn't funny or arousing. She's by far the worse character, as reflected in the Japanese popularity (via 2ch threads) shown earlier.
