I'm a Tezukafag too but at least this series isn't as neutered as the new one that just came out (not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's too cute, man) Delicious grimdark 90s. Pinoko's also as likeable as her manga counterpart.

Any anime that isn't Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, or something that aired on Toonami/Adult Swim is pretty fucking hipster in the eyes of your average anime watcher.
