Would anyone watch an anime centered around the life and death of Maximilian I - Emperor of Mexico?Just to name a few things there would be...*action, battles, poltics, betrayal, corruption*His wife Charlotte is pretty much the defination of what people would want in a waifu (Intelligent, loyal, younger, ect.)*Napoleon III being a bastard and setting Max up to rule over Mexico*Ruthless Liberal leader Benito Juarez rebelling and causing havoc in the new Empire*Ends with downer ending with the Emperor being shot by Republican firing squads and his wife going mad*Some NTR since the Emperor cheated many times on his wife, and yet she still at least not outwardly show hatred for him doing this.
He's still a spic with an uninteresting life compared to many other people.Besides, I'd rather watch K-On.
