I haven't read the visual novels but I don't really see a sequel being possible... I mean what would they do? do a follow up of their reincarnations? Do a complete new set of students doing the exact same thing? pretty sure it's done with. The only thing I see happening is dvd specials being random comedic moments. though I'm hoping they give TK a fucking story, that's the one thing I hated about it

The story itself didn't seem rush but rather with so many shallow characters it seemed to lack much depth, so if there was another season it would work on adding depth.

This show would be so interesting from her perspective.

She has waited ages for Otanashi to show up, maybe even hundreds of years and seen thousands of others disappear, but she could never do it herself. Finally Otanashi shows up. She's overjoyed! Finally she can disappear! But slowly she starts having feelings for him, and she's caught between her overpowering desire to finally leave and live life again and to stay with Otanashi who she now loves.
