    Third impact was in EoE, so what I'm guessing happened, going by the planet restarting from scratch theory is that over time, as life began evolving out of the Primordial soup, only normal water was left, hence the ocean was blue again. When the second impact repeated in this new continuity, that made the oceans red once more. Why it didn't do this in the TV series continuity is beyond me, but it's really just my own theory.
