AB is good if you completely ignore the anime and just focus on the other media it produces. The prequel novel is good, the band singles are good and the manga / 4koma are fine so far.

I hope TK and Shiina are happy, wherever they are.

I didn't mind so much the plot of the overall series, but I find the ending incredibly lacking. I'm especially pissed that we don't get any flashback on Kanade's past. We didn't even get a proper farewell for the rest of the SSS members. I feel cheated out of my ending.

What's the difference here? It's pretentious in a way, and it's all messed up. No pieces were given you don't know where the hell you're gonna focus on.

Too many characters but let's say they can't cover them all. Why not focus on the main characters? Jesus Christ is that hard to give attention to your main characters?

You spend too much times on gags and then just all of a sudden you throw in random stuffs just to give the show a sense of plot. All of a sudden in the last ep they try to build up the drama which they were trying to go for.

The drama was out of line BUT it had a sense of promising impact IF it were built up much sooner. 1 1/4(?) ep wasn't enough to even get a sense of what's happening.

One thing I really didn't like was how the episode basically turned into a gigantic Otonashi / Kanade wankfest by the end. They didn't even bother showing what happened to the fucking leader of this group that's been going on for god knows how long.

Otonashi's not actually the problem here but rather just that everything went out of place for the original story which in turn just turned things very unlikeable.

I think the 14th episode will revolve after the ending. Otonashi's fingertips nearly tapped on Kanade's shoulders. If you listen closely, Kanade is actually singing on to her cell phone.
