Only thing I have is this very basic tutorial which, well, honestly, helped me to get around the basics but doesn't go really in-depth on how to play around with the tools.

And yeah, I had never touched an image editing program before, sue me.

If I'm posting them it's BECAUSE I wanna get some feedback on what to improve, and because my jaded perception of reality makes me think they are at least presentable.

I actually thank you for telling me they are bad but some tips on how to improve beyond (try again, do it different) without giving me concrete ideas or things I should change barely help me out.

I'll look into photoshop when I have a bit more of time but last time I took a look at it I was scared shitless by all the options and tools it had.

I mean, yeah, I understand your points but I'm doing this also for my enjoyment (not pride as you seemed to point out).

And if you thing browning girls with Photoshop is too difficult to learn, you might want to take another look at how lazy you are, or how you scare too easy.

Photoshop isn't scary, just use the tools you need, and dismiss the others. That's why I directed you to the tutorials. You can watch them while you practice/play around.
