Yeah, but it's actually funny. The comedy Seitokai no Ichizon attempts (and pulls off) isn't seriously trying to be funny, it's trying to be outrageously stupid. It plays on stereotypes, which I guess is the same as Big Bang Theory, but... that's the only similarity.
