Yes. The pics you referenced are from Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, which is set several years after the OAV series and stars Tenchi's little brother on an adventure of his own.

There's also Dual, which is srot-of connected to the Tenchi Muyo universe and Tenchi GXP, which plays in the time between the OAV and Isekai. The series vary a bit in quality and your enjoyment may depend on your personal tastes. For instance, while I find the lore in GXP interesting, I find the series itself to be an acquired taste, thanks to the brand of humor in there.

BTW little advice in case you want to watch all of the OAV continuity stuff. Watch GXP before OAV3, since it introduces a few characters which are then assumed to be known in OAV3, such as the lady in the pic. You won't get spoiled on any important plot points if you watch it this way.

If you have watched the same release as me, make sure that you select the right subtitle track. The release I acquired had 2 sub tracks, the first track consisted of "dubtitles", which were truly horrid, the 2nd track were actual subtitles witch actually matched what was said in japanese. Of course, that doesn't "fix" Nabeshin's Benny Hill style humor, so your mileage may still vary.

BTW while not officially part of the Tenchi franchise, make sure to watch Photon, which was helmed by the same guy who made Tenchi Muyo and has the same look and feel as the Tenchi series. Features one of the, if not the all time greatest villain conceived in anime. Pic related.
