Won't
affect the 2010 Coroners and Justice Act one jot though, which makes
possession of sexualised images of underage people illegal here in the
UK.
Lumiere: 'Under the 2010 Coroners and Justice Act, you
are under arrest for possessing underage images of a sexualised nature.
You have the right to remain silent, but it may harm your defence if you
do not mention anything which you later rely on in court. Anything you
say will be given in evidence. Your computers will be confiscated. If
there is data encrypted which you refuse to decrypt, you will be charged
with withholding evidence, impeding police investigations and
perverting the course of justice; in court, you will be ordered to
decrypt said data, and you WILL comply. Refusal to do so will be seen as
an admission of guilt by the prosecution, jury and judge, and you WILL
be charged with contempt of court.
Requesting authorisation for
arrest, Director Eclipse.'
Eclipse: 'Request Granted.' |
