The shows Yes 5, its sequel GoGo and Fresh can be safely skipped for now. The movies are generally a good place to start since they compress all the good and annoying parts into 70 minutes. As long as you pick up the names there is no previous knowledge required.

I'd start with the DX move or one of the Yes 5 ones(pic related).

It's a monster-of-the-week style series, like Precure, so while most episodes don't advance the story, they can be very important towards characterization and may introduce details used later on. It would be very difficult to identify an episode as being completely useless so it can be cut.
