Actually, Center City is most likely in the South Bay somewhere, due to it's "central" location... They got palm trees in the Valley, too; go to S.J., they're all over downtown.

The big oil refineries are more a SoCal thing, though.

Too few Mexicans in Heroman for it to be SoCal, though... Hmmmmmm.
