you're replying to here. Fuck, that sounds almost exactly like it was at
my high school. The swim team also tended to bleach their hair bright
blonde for a few weeks and then shave their heads bare. They were always
a strange bunch, though.
So far this show seems to have most of
the American high school stereotypes down pretty well (jocks,
cheerleaders, nerds, rich kids, token minorities) but it still needs a
few more to be perfect, namely a long-haired metalfag clad in ripped
jeans and a black Megadeth t-shirt and a stoner with dreadlocks and a
baggy tie-dye shirt with a weed symbol on it. I was also thinking that
they needed a loudmouthed redneck named Clayton Grubb who wears hunting
camo and drives a big lifted Ford pickup truck to school, but then I
remembered that this show takes place on the West Coast rather than the
interior, from where I hail. |
