03/11/10(Thu)13:02 No. 32020557 >>32020132 Well, the
thread on animeSuki's forums finally brought them to the attention of
Selkirk, so "official" profiles should be availabe in a few days. My
half-assed quickie blurbs for them are: Raisa (or Raissa, depending)
Pöttgen(the short-haired blonde). She's based, as far as I can tell, on
Rainer Pöttgen the real Marseille's Wingman in North Africa. Her
familiar is a Shrike(a type of bird), and she flies as Marseille's
wingman in the JFW Africa Corps. She's devoted to Marseille, and
generally puts her military advancement and combat achievements over her
own, working solely to cover and protect Marseille as she fights. Matilda Based
on Mathew P. Letuku, an African Prisoner of War who became a Manservent
to the real Marseile, Matilda is an African Witch who's tribal god take
the form of an Eagle. She was charged to go and aid Marseille any way
she could (to aid The Great Eagle). She works as Marseille's
buttler, and fights in a special ground attack unit because she has a
fear of flying. She does not have a familiar because she uses a
different style of magic. Alexandra I Pokryshkin (based on
Alexander Ivanovitch Pokryshkin) is an Orussian witch with the 502nd
JFW. Because of an early mechanical background from her parents, she
loves striker units and the mechanics of the magic circuits, and hates
seeing them damaged or abused, but because she's part of the frontlines
of the war, she sees quite a lot of it. The last line of her bio
is a quote: "Nippa, You're in Time Out!" hinting that Nikka Katajainen
is currently in the 502, since she has a history of destroying striker
units.
