I actually got banned for criticizing fallout 3 in /v/, around its release. The mod must have been one butthurt bethesda fan. Other than that, permbanned for ban evasion, which was later removed because of a plea to the mods on IRC. And let's not forget piccolo dick. Daily dose got me banned lot's of times.
