    Not so much a flaw in logic. The mechs were really detailed in Unicorn, and the characters were flat. The two styles didn't mesh. At least in 0083 they're consistent.

    I liked Unicorn though. Not as great as the hype made out, but what is?

    Unicorn has a different stylistic, and while I`m not a huge advocate for `new` anime, It works, and you`re still drawn in and it looks beautiful while you`re watching. The only part I didn`t like was Banagher`s class-mates, well, some of them and their suits. Unicorn also had much more cuts, and more active animation.

    This one is heavily flawed anyway. It uses pictures from Gundam 0079 for the 'old low quality anime', Gundam 0079 was made in the 70's when all anime looked like that (The fact that naruto looks like a 70's anime is beyond me though). The mid-late 80's where when even regular TV series had super detailed character designs and lots of delicious shading. Also, 5cm per second is a horrible example of 'detailed modern anime', the only thing detailed was the rotoscoped backgrounds. Don't let that shit fool you.

    he did the first chapter for Faust. Then Tokyopop cancelled 90% of their novel range.
