If not that guy, but the English voice cast is horribly unprofessional, unlike the games. They didn't bother bringing in the people who did cortana and mister chef in the games to do the animu.

The Japanese voice acting is done professionally and fits the animation more than the English voice acting. Although a few do sound out of place, like O'Brien, the Sniper in the baby sister.

Personally I think it really depends on the quality of the dub and the original creator's input. For instance, the FLCL dub voices were chosen with the help of the director. Is even that a bad dub?
