It's alright but as other anons have said, the first 3-4 eps suck ass and it only makes sense if you've seen lots of shit. Not just anime but manga, eroge and played rpgs and you know your anime stereotypes. Lucky Channel is best bit. Though I do like drunk cops too.

Like other anons have been saying, the first few episodes are sorta...dull. It picks up around the second series and it's a good time from there. It's been a while since I've seen it. I'll wait for the box set to come out in April and enjoy it all over again.
