1. Your HD sucks and you have no room to download anything.
2. Your network does not allow the use of bittorrent, irc, or any of the p2p networks.
3. Cannot find any other source.

Of all the shows I've watched, less than .02% were streamed - downloading is superior in every way, but sometimes you just don't have a choice. Currently watching Galaxy Express 999 streaming, because I could not find a working torrent with seeds for the TV show. If somebody put Dallos, or Kerberus: Stray Dogs on a streaming site I'd watch it, because torrents for those things are dead/non-existent.
