26 KB Facts about Durarara Anonymous 01/11/10(Mon)06:03 No.29683040
    1. Durarara is made for Baccano fans

    2.Baccano fans =/= yaoi fans/fujoshi

3.There isn't even a single yaoi scene in this anime. The two main characters are bro, but that's about it.

4.Every anime always have a fangirls. If you say Durarara is yaoi because it has fangirls, then you also proved that Bleach, Naruto, DtB, FMA, and Gurren Lagann are also a yaoi anime.

5.The people who said Durarara is yaoi are split into two groups which are:
    -The Trolls
-People who believe the trolls and dropped the show before even watching it.

    6.I'm NOT reverse trolling.

    Conclusion:
    1. Saying "Durarara = yaoi" is wrong and you should feel wrong.
2.Don't believe the trolls when they say it's yaoi. Watch it yourself and find out that it's actually not yaoi at all.

I still don't get it why people say this show is yaoi. If anything, Durarara should be trolled as "generic shonen shit". It has more males than females, the female characters are hot and have a nice tits, and simple character designs.
Sure, the plot isn't usual in shonen anime, but a gang war over a head of a Dullahan sounds pretty shonen to me.

I disagree, lacks too many of the fantastical elements that make it shoneny and even the premise is something I would consider as rather uncommon for japanese anime material. Also, you used a very poor choice of tropes.

A female Dullahan comes to Japan with her black horse disguised as a black bike to look for her lost head and there's a war between three different gangs over the female Dullahan's head.

You know trolls, you could complain about the fact that we met pretty much the whole cast in one episode but nothing really happened. Even when the Dullahan looked like it was gonna kill that guy, nothing really happened.
There was also boring monologue and a bunch of scenes showing a chatroom, why was that animated?

Why not criticize the show for something worth criticizing?
    >> Anonymous 01/11/10(Mon)06:37 No.29683780

Actually, quite the opposite, we didn't met several characters who were introduced in the OP and there are several more who aren't introduced in the OP but still play crucial roles later on, not including the dozens of minor cast characters we're going to see.
