This is a thread to intelligent 4chan posters, so if your not intelligent get out.

I was wondering about what affects anime is having on culture in America. I have a paper to write and chose this as my topic.

Picture isof a good example of how anime is affecting our culture.

It isn't widespread enough to affect a whole continent's culture.

    We may be intelligent.

But you're the one using us as sources for your essay.

This is not how research works.

It's had a huge effect on American politics. They totally stole the idea of democracy from Code Geass.

I wanted to make sure people did not come here to start talking about Naruto.

That might be a good way to investigate how anime is affecting our culture though.

And yet, you posted a picture of Naruto. You got some weird-ass thought processes there.

OP, go do some actual research and don't rely so much on /a/ for your sources.

As for what effects anime is having on America, I know that comic book sales aren't as big as they used to be due to manga being more widespread and covering more ranges of genres (or so I think) and that there are many styles that full under the umbrella term known as "anime/manga," and its spectrum can range from anatomically correct to super-deformed.

It also affects the animators of cartoons today, although some have already been affected before anime and became big in the West.

    >>27405160
Why do you think that is? Do you think us voters who watch anime voted for people they felt would be good leaders?

Or do good leaders watch anime?

Yeah, you're right. And by cow I meant goat; they have rectangular eyes too. Still, though. I thought he was suppose to be some fox demon or something.

If the west starts producing anime do you think it will affect the anime in japan? How do you think that will affect our culture?

I'm done here, this is mentally taxing.

He needed better abilities, so he went to Dagobah and trained with magical talking Yoda frogs. He came back all GAR and with a spiffy coat.

He's not actually a fox although according to Kishimoto, the rough draft for Naruto was the main character being the son of a fox, so there you go, just the vessel/prison for the Kyuubi. And occasionally, that power gets out.

I think one of the panels in the manga during the whole "Pain Attacks Konoha" arc showed a combination of his Toad Sage and Tailed Release modes.
