There's nothing official that I can think of. They did start doing it with women though. In Norway, some companies can't be listed, unless they have at least 40% women in the board of directors. That's extreme sexism if I ever saw any, considering they can't even find enough women to fill the roles, and lots of men who are infinitely more qualified get overlooked.

As for race, it's not a rule, but most companies are indirectly encouraged to hire subhumans. They're all over the media for example, despite making up only 7% of the population.
